Our croissant dough is mixed and laminated by hand over the course of three days for ideal flavor and texture.
We use local flour from Shepherd's Grain and Wuthrich 83% European Style butter from Wisconsin.
Each croissant is individually shaped and baked fresh each morning.
Because the process of making our laminated doughs is labor-intensive, and because we believe croissants are best when eaten within a few hours of baking, we generally run out of our morning pastries before the end of the day.

Our quiche is made using free-range eggs, organic milk and cream and the best cheese, meat, and veggies available.
We bake our quiche slowly at a low temperature to achieve the best textured custard and because of that, the quiche is available every morning starting around 9:30 am.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we also offer a vegetarian option.
