It’s spring and our garden boxes are full of new life: apple blossoms, gooseberry blossoms and lots of lush herbs! It’s a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a little bit of ☀️. (Check out our stories for a little tour!)

For April we have created this beauty! A tender buttermilk, rosemary and lemon cake topped with the dreamiest whipped caramel and a sprinkle of flaky salt. This snacking cake will be in the case each morning this month, but is first come first serve!
