Our bakery is able to accommodate most special orders of the following items, including our whole cakes, with a 48 hour notice. Our layer cakes are all 9" round cakes and serve 12-16 people.
We are able to add chocolate writing to our Chocolate & Lemon Chiffon cakes for an additional $3. Because our Carrot & Victoria Sponge Cakes are "naked" (not frosted on the top), we dust them with a layer of powdered sugar but are unable to add writing.

Four layers of light and airy chiffon cake with lemon curd or seasonal jam and lemon buttercream.
Bakeshop Carrot Cake
Four layers of classic carrot cake with dates and walnuts and our unique cream cheese frosting,
enhanced with mascarpone and whipped cream.
(Spring/Summer Only) Victoria Sponge Cake
Two layers of classic yellow sponge cake with mascarpone and berries,
fresh fruit, or seasonal compote. Please inquire about flavors & availability.
Free-form tart made with flaky all-butter pastry, almond cream and seasonal fruit.
Examples include: Rhubarb, Apple, Peach, Berry, Pear. Please inquire for current selection.
Passionfruit Meringue Tart
An 8" version of our popular individual tart. Tender sweet pastry dough filled with passionfruit curd
and topped with quenelles of soft, toasted Swiss meringue.
Rich flourless brownie with espresso, cocoa nibs, and sea salt. Gluten-free!
Olive Oil Bundt Cake
Light and moist olive oil cake with cardamom and citrus zest;
rhubarb in spring/summer, apple in fall/winter.
Grapefruit Poppyseed Bundt Cake
Classic white cake laced with candied grapefruit peel & citrus zest, soaked in a grapefruit-lemon syrup and lightly glazed.
